At Codeweavers we're in an exciting period of growth as we expand the business and the platform across UK & Europe.

The Role:

As a Digital Account Manager you will develop and maintain new and existing relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to increase commercial revenues with existing and new clients and to gain knowledge and understanding of key clients’ roadmaps and problems to advocate on their behalf internally.

  • To be the main point of contact for a portfolio of Codeweavers’ clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Support the development teams through developing a deep understanding of clients’ business requirements and roadmaps.
  • Lead the bidding/tender process for new client opportunities.
  • Manage challenging client requests, issues or escalations.
  • Act as the client’s champion within Codeweavers and advocate on their behalf.
  • Lead the commercial relationship with our clients by providing quotes for work and reviewing contracts.
  • To support the head of department, other team members and the wider commercial team with internal process improvements and tasks

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the automotive/finance industry or other relevant area is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with product/platform development is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in an agile environment is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a software development environment is an advantage
