As we continue to expand our service offerings and grow our customer base, the operations team — including gate-in, Swift or other defined workflows, inspection, imagery, and all aspects of vehicle preparation — must consistently deliver to a high standard and within agreed SLAs.
Team members are accountable for meeting all customer-specific requirements, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service at all times.
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Co-ordinator to support all administrative activities related to parts inbound and outbound. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service within the Parts Department.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily inbound deliveries from suppliers, including checking stock against invoices, labelling with relevant registration details, and storing items in the correct locations.
- Issuing parts to workshop teams, ensuring the correct items are supplied and transactions are accurately recorded in Autostock.
- Conducting regular stock takes to ensure alignment between physical stock levels and Autostock records.
- Managing and processing returns of surplus or incorrect stock to suppliers.
- Providing high-quality customer service by liaising with other departments and responding to parts-related enquiries.
- Monitoring cost per panel to ensure alignment with target budgets
- Inspecting workshops for surplus stock and returning unused items to Impress stock.

- Strong administrative skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the business.
